Subscriptions not coming through or automatically renewing:
Since we temporarily paused and resumed club subscriptions at the end of Janurary 2023, there's just been a small glitch a few clubs have had preventing their subscriptions from automatically resuming. Easy fix though-
Best way to go about it is to get each member having subscription problems to just cancel their subscriptions and set them up again. Will take 2 minutes and you'll be good to go. Once this has been done, you won't need to worry about doing it again as the weekly subscriptions will be going through automatically again as usual.
Android app login:
After lots of testing we have released a new version of the Android app that should sort out all the login issues that have been causing problems.
PLEASE DELETE ANY PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF THE APP BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE NEW ONE (https://pc-android.s3.ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/PuntClub-release-3.1.apk)
For a more detailed guide, follow these steps to download the latest version of the app: (You may need to change some settings on your phone to install the app)
- Go to your phone settings
- Search for the “Install unknown apps” page
- Select the browser you’re currently using (eg, Chrome, Samsung Browser, Firefox, etc)
- Make sure “Allow from this source” is turned on
- Uninstall any previous versions of the Punt Club app
- Download the Punt Club app and tap to install it!
- Check that you’ve installed the latest version. It should say “App version: 3.1” at the bottom of the login screen
If you're still having issues, please just log in to Puntclub through the www.puntclub.com/login website for the time being, and reach out to support to let us know.
Thanks for your patience.
Not receiving OTP (one time password) code/log in issue:
- Please ensure you have access to the phone number that the system sends the OTP code to (last 4 digits will be on the popup)
- Take care when entering the code, pain in the arse if you get it wrong
- If you no longer have access to your linked phone number or have changed numbers, you can still update your number in the security details section of your Puntclub account.
- If you have already verified a number and no longer have access to it and need to have it changed, please contact us through PuntClub support (LiveChat) and provide the following:
- Your old number/ the one currently linked to PuntClub
- The new number you'd like it to be updated to and receive OTP texts on
- And finally for verificication purposes, also provide the expiry date of the bank card you have linked to PuntClub.
- If it looks like the phone number is correct but you're still not receiving any OTPs, check to see if the texts are being blocked by your phone. If you still can't find anything, just contact PuntClub support and let us know and we'll be able to help you out.
International access problems
For legal reasons, PuntClub can only be accessed from either Australia or New Zeland. If you're having issues logging in while out of the country, this would likely be the reason.
