Can we place bets over the phone?Only the creator of the club (usually the Captain) can place bets over the phone by contacting Ladbrokes' 24/7 betting line. Ladbrokes Customer Service can only speak to the creator of the club due to privacy regulations.

Can we place a group bet?All bets need to be attributed to a member. You can place bets as a group decision but they will affect the member’s stats that it is assigned to.

How do I know it’s the club Ladbrokes account and not my personal account?When you are in your personal account, the strip showing your name, balance, bonuses and coupons will be RED. When you are in the club it will be BLUE. Don’t worry if it says “Hello <yourCaptainsName>” that’s normal.

Can I bet for another member?The Captain can place a bet on behalf of one of the members. When they hit Bet Now, they’ll see the option to choose who they are placing bets for.

Why are there still pending bets?There could be a number of reasons for this. Usually it would mean that Ladbrokes are yet to result that bet or we haven't recieved the result notification. If unsure, just contact our support team.

Why hasn't my bet been updated?Sometimes it takes a few hours for results to appear on the Punt Club website, especially during peak times like Saturday arvos. Don't stress - the results will turn up soon. If it's been 24 hours and you're still not seeing them, give us a yell and we'll look into it for you.

I placed bonus bets, will they adjust my stats?No - they won't. Bonus bets are no longer counted towards indiviudal or club ROI %. Bonus Bets are free hits - and are now treated as such. No need to be alarmed, this won't impact any funds in your Betting or Kitty Accounts!
