When a club does a total amount withdrawal or a member leaves, their dvidend (or 'payout') is calculated against their equity. Their equity is is their contribution to the club in terms of percentage.

Equity example:

If a member has contributed $10 in a club what all members combined have contributed $100, the member's equity is 10%.

Payout example:

If there is a club withdrawal or they leave the club, they'll be allocated 10% of the withdrawal amount or club balance (for leaving the club).

  • Club balance = $200
  • Member's equity = 10%
  • Payout amount = $20
