Where is my club payout?All club payouts (withdrawals or leave club payouts) are sent to your Ladbrokes account. If you have withdrawn or left the club and you don't see your payout in your account there may be a couple reasons; You have a deposit limit on your Ladbrokes account and need to add a bank account. To add a bank account to your Ladbrokes account see this article. Your Ladbrokes account is not ID Verified.

Why did my payout/withdrawal fail?If your club has processed a withdrawal and your payout is showing as 'failed' in the club transactions (you can see them on the Club Statement page, under Kitty Transactions) then please check that the following have been completed for your personal Ladbrokes account: Your account is ID verified Your payment methods are verified You have saved bank account details under the 'Withdraw' section Once these three things are done, please let Punt Club Support know and we will reprocess the payout transaction.

Can I pay out just one member?The only way to withdraw money from a club as an individual is to leave the club. Members can rejoin the club again if they are still keen!

How are payouts calculated?When a club does a total amount withdrawal or a member leaves, their dvidend (or 'payout') is calculated against their equity. Their equity is is their contribution to the club in terms of percentage. Equity example: If a member has contributed $10 in a club what all members combined have contributed $100, the member's equity is 10%. Payout example: If there is a club withdrawal or they leave the club, they'll be allocated 10% of the withdrawal amount or club balance (for leaving the club).

Can we withdraw to just one account?This can be done. You need to propose the withdrawal via the Club Withdrawals page. Then STOP AND WAIT. Members will receive a notification (email). They then need to approve the proposal via the email or 'unread notices' in app or website. The approval tells us to send their share of the withdrawal to the Captain’s account instead of theirs. Once all members have approved, hit the Process button to trigger the payout transfer.

I have a deposit limit on my bookie account.If you have a deposit limit on your Ladbrokes account, any withdrawal over that amount will fail unless you have a bank account for withdrawals set up. Then, when a club payout is sent to your Ladbrokes account, Ladbrokes will accept the payout and withdraw any amount over your deposit limit to this bank account immediately. How to add a bank account? *These instructions are for the LADBROKES (not Punt Club) system.

How do I approve a withdrawal?When your Captain proposes a withdrawal, you can Approve it to have your funds sent to their Ladbrokes account (instead of your own). You can also Deny (or just do nothing) and then your funds will payout to your own Ladbrokes account. You can approve/deny the proposal in two ways; Via the links in the email notification Via the Unread Notices section of the website

How do we make a withdrawal?If you're the club captain, hit the Club Menu and go to Club Withdrawals and tap/click on Propose a withdrawal. On this page you can choose to withdraw 'an amount per person'* or 'a total amount'. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (if total amount, enter the total amount, if per member, enter the amount you want each member to receive). Enter reason for withdrawal (optional) which is sent to your members in the withdrawal notifcation email/alert.
