How do I change my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.

The email will contain the token (verification code) which you can copy and paste into the (above) TOKEN box and hit "verify".

Alternatively, hit the "Click here" link in the email.

You will see two boxes in which to enter your new password. They must be the same. Once you have entered your new password in both boxes, hit the "update password" button.

If your password doesn't meet the requirements, you will see the below error.

Passwords need to be;

1. 8 characters or more
2. contain at least 1 letter and 1 number
3. cannot contain special characters
