I self excluded my Ladbrokes account, can I still be in my Punt Club.No, sorry. If you have self excluded then you can no longer participate in the club and must leave the club. Please contact Punt Club Support if you need assistance leaving the club or having your payout deposited into your Ladbrokes account. *Punt Club may remove you from a club if notified by the bookie that you have self excluded.

Can I be in more than one club?Absolutely! When you are in more than one club you will see a ‘switch’ icon to swap between them. It looks either like two arrows crossing or making a circle. Look for it in the top right of the screen, near the club name. Note: if you can't see the switch icon on the app, log out and back in again. You need to be in both clubs under the same login.

Can we take a break between seasons?Yep. We understand that we all have our fav sports! The Captain can ‘Pause’ the club using the button on the Manage Club page. This will stop any active subscriptions and betting rotation for the club. The club can then be un-paused when the new season starts using the same button. Subscriptions which stopped when the club paused will also be reactivated.

How do I withdraw money from the club (as an individual)?You need to do a Leave Club (it will remove you from the club) which will pay your portion of the club funds to your personal Ladbrokes account. You can then rejoin the club if you wish to continue as a member. You can also re-deposit some of the funds via the Fund Club Account if the payout was more than you required.

What is the "kitty" and how is it different from the "betting"?Each club has two accounts. Think of the Kitty as the club bank. It holds any funds not currently allocated to betting. The betting account is where the club members can place bets (reached via the Bet Now button).

How do I move money from the Kitty to the Betting account?The system will move the Bet Amount from the Kitty account to the Betting account at the start of the betting period. To transfer more money, the Captain can use the Reload Betting Account button on the Manage Club page to give the betting account the Bet Amount as it’s balance. Any saved change on the Manage Members page will also trigger a reload of the betting account.

Can we cap the spend each period?The system will only transfer the Bet Amount each period for your punters which limits them to that amount. But if you have more than one punter per period, or a punter wins, they may seee more for them to bet with in the betting account. We can't stop (via the system) your member from betting what they see in the betting account. So, if you have multiple punters or you don't want winnings re-bet, please make that clear to the members what they should be spending.

My Ladbrokes account is closed. Where is my money?We can still transfer club payouts to Ladbrokes for people with closed accounts. Please contact Ladbrokes Customer Service for assistance in withdrawing the funds to your bank account. Ladbrokes Customer Service phone 1300 523 276

Do you have an app?Yes we do! We have both Android and iOS apps which can be found at puntclub.com/mobile or (for iOS) the AppStore.

Why have I been suspended?Your subscription has likely failed three charges in a row OR you haven't linked a Ladbrokes account yet. If it's your subscription, you would have been notified via email each time. This means you have been suspended and your subscription cancelled. To return to an active state, reactivate your subscription. A successful payment will set you back to Active. Alternatively, your Captain can change your status in the club.

Do all members need a Ladbrokes account?Yes. All members who participate in the club need to link their own active Ladbrokes account for ID purposes. Payouts are made to their Ladbrokes accounts and they can pay into the club via their Ladbrokes account (optional). The club bets are made in a dedicated club Ladbrokes account.

Can I direct transfer into the club from my bank?No. You can pay into your personal Ladbrokes account (please see Ladbrokes' site for deposit details) and then transfer to the club via Fund Club Account or by setting up a Subscription in Punt Club.

How do I (re)link a Ladbrokes account?You will be prompted to link a Ladbrokes account when you register with Punt Club. If you don’t have one, you’ll see an option to create one in the process. If you made it past this point without linking, you may use the green Link Account button at the top of the page (website) OR: If you do not see either of the above options, go to the Bookie Accounts option on the Main Menu

Can I change my email address?Yes! As long as it's not already registered you can change your email address at any time. Note that your email address is your username (if you log in with email). Go to the Main Menu Choose Personal Details (under Account Settings) Update 'Email' Update 'Confirm Email' Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit SAVE

What is a Subscription?A subscription is an auto payment into your club. The amount and frequency is set at the club level by your Captain. You can set up three types of subscriptions: Credit Card (MasterCard or VISA or debit cards with either of those facilities) Bookie Transfer (transferred from your linked bookie account) Manual (we just check that you've made a manual payment within the period) *Credit Card and Bookie Transfer subscriptions run on a schedule and do not check for other ad hoc payments.

How do I leave a club?Each member can leave a club at any time. Doing so will pay their portion of the club funds into their personal Ladbrokes account, stop their subscription and remove their access to the club. Go to the Main Menu Go to Account Settings Choose Leave a Club Select the club from the drop down list Click on the yellow LEAVE CLUB button You will be shown your *estimated payout amount Hit the SUBMIT button to complete the process of leaving the club Your funds will be transferred to your Ladbrokes account immediately.

How do I start another club?You can be in several clubs at the same time - share the love! You start a new club, go to the Main Menu, Account Settings and choose Start a Club. Then you'll be lead through creating the new club. Once you are in more than once club, you'll see a switch icon to swap between the clubs.

Why do I have to link a Ladbrokes account?This will ID you for legal purposes as well as ID you in the club so we know who to assign bets to. Payouts from the club are transferred to your Ladbrokes account. It also allows you to deposit into the club.

Which account does the club bet with?The club has a dedicated Ladbrokes betting account. All members place club bets in this account. To get to the betting account, hit Bet Now and then Club or Group and you will be redirected to Ladbrokes. Only the current punters have access to the club betting account. The Captain has permanent access so they can Bet As another member in the case of a betting emergency!

Where are club payouts transferred to?All payouts from clubs go to Ladbrokes accounts. Leave Club payout - will transfer to your personal Ladbrokes account Club withdrawals - generally also to your Ladbrokes account, however, if you approved the withdrawal proposal, your portion is sent to the Captain's personal Ladbrokes account. If your payout is not in your personal Ladbrokes account, please contact our support team and we will track it down for you.

How do I update the betting ac balance?When you change the Bet Amount and hit Save, the balance of the betting account will update immediately. The Captain can change the Bet Amount on the Manage Club page. If it's a once off, don't forget to change it back for the next period.

Can I call Ladbrokes about my club?Generally club enquiries are best to be directed to us at Punt Club. However, Captain's (the club creator) can contact Ladbrokes directly to check bet results, cancel bets or (when permitted) place phone bets.

We have money in the club but there’s a $0 balance in the betting account. Why?This means that the money is in your Kitty account. The Captain can move the Bet Amount over by doing one of the following: Setting a punter (if one isn't already) on Manage Members. Hitting the Reload Betting Account button on Manage Club.

Why didn't you reply to my wall post?We do not generally read your wall posts - they are for you and your club only. We don't get a notification when you create one as there would be waaay too many! If you need help with something please raise a ticket via the chat bubble (or chat with us if we are online).

How do I close a club?As much as we don't want to see you leave, we know that sometimes, clubs come to an end. When you close a club, we'd love to hear some feedback to help us improve! You can email us at goodblokesbet at puntclub.com. The easiest way to close a club is just have everyone do a Leave a Club (option on Main Menu) to remove themselves and receive their payout.
