My bank is charging me cash advance fees when I pay into the club!Some banks consider payments to gambling organizations (Ladbrokes for example) as Cash Advances on credit cards (and debit cards with a Visa or MC facility) and charge you fees. If this is your bank, you also have the option to pay into your personal Ladbrokes account with one of their other payment options. Within Punt Club, you can choose the "Ladbrokes Transfer" (within subscriptions) or "Pay with your Ladbrokes account"

How to I change my subscription type?Punt Club offers several subscription options; Credit Card (Visa or MC or a debit card with either of those facilities) Ladbrokes Account transfer (pulls from your personal Ladbrokes account) Manually (will check that you have made a deposit to the club) If you want to change your subscription from one type to another; go to the Main Menu, then Account Settings, then Manage Subscriptions View your subscription Click on SWITCH METHOD Choose the type you want to change to (Credit card, Ladbrokes Account or Manually) Enter your card details (if changing to a credit card) Hit the Switch button (yellow) to save the setting Your subscription will continue on the same schedule as before.

How do I update my credit card details?You can use a Visa, MasterCard or a debit card with either of those facilities to pay into the club. To change the card details follow these steps; 1.Go to the Main Menu 2.Go to Account Settings 3.Go to Manage Subscriptions 4.Click on VIEW next to the club subscription 5.Click on CHANGE CARD 7.Click "Choose another way to pay" 8.Enter your new card details 9.Click on UPDATE

My subscription failed, can I retry it?If your subscription payment fails, we will try it again in 48 hours (twice). In between, if you want to force the retry, you can do that via the Manage Subscriptions page (see below). If your scubscription fails 3 times in a row, the subscription will be cancelled (and you will be suspended in the club). At that point you will need to reactivate your subscription via Manage Subscriptions.

How do I make a manual payment?You can make a once off, manual payment into the club via the Fund Club Account page. Make sure you are in the club you want to pay into (ie on the Dashboard) Go to the Main Menu Under Club Settings, choose Fund Club Account Choose the payment method (Ladbrokes transfer OR Credit Card) If you have chosen Credit Card, enter your card details Choose which account to pay into (the default is the Kitty*) Enter the Amount you want to pay/transfer Hit Submit.
