We have money in the club but there’s a $0 balance in the betting account. Why?

 This means that the money is in your Kitty account.  

The Captain can move the Bet Amount over by doing one of the following:

1. Setting a punter (if one isn't already) on Manage Members.
2. Hitting the Reload Betting Account button on Manage Club.
