Where is my club payout?

All club payouts (withdrawals or leave club payouts) are sent to your Ladbrokes account. If you have withdrawn or left the club and you don't see your payout in your account there may be a couple reasons;

1. You have a deposit limit on your Ladbrokes account and need to add a bank account. To add a bank account to your Ladbrokes account see this article.  
2. Your Ladbrokes account is not ID Verified. In this case, ID Verify your account with Ladbrokes and let us know (via LiveChat) so we can process the transfer.
3. Your Ladbrokes account is closed, suspended, self excluded. In this case, please contact Punt Club support via LiveChat and we will advise of a solution.
