There are two reasons that a member may be suspended by the system;
- They haven't yet linked a Ladbrokes account - the member will need to link their Ladbrokes account to continue.
- Their subscription has failed for 3 payments in a row & has been cancelled - the Captain can reactivate the member on the Manage Members page and the member can reactivate their subscription via the Manage Subscriptions page.
