The captain can reset the leaderboard & club stats and the member contribution totals (as seen on the Club Statement page) via buttons on the Manage Club page. If you need them set to another date (in the past), just send the details to our support team via the Livechat option and we'll do that for you.

The Captain can do that via the Manage Members page. Anyone you want to be betting, set to Betting Now, anyone who isn’t should be Not Betting.  Remember to Save the changes with the button at the bottom of the screen. NOTE: If you have the 'keep these punters betting..' box ticked, the system will not change the punter when the new period starts.  

 Go to the "Invite your mates" option under the Main Menu (different to "Refer your mates"). From there you can email or sms them by entering their details OR just copy and paste the link you see into any other form of communication you choose. When they get the invite, they click on the link and join your club.

Check that you haven't’ set a $0 deposit and a % Bet Amount. The percentage Bet Amount is calculated against the # members x contributions. If you have a $0 contribution, use a Dollar Bet Amount setting.

No. They must be paid back into the account the bet was placed in (ie the club betting account). They will stay in there until the period ends or there is another reload of the betting account triggered by the Captain.  

Absolutely. Just let our support staff know and they'll arrange for one to be emailed to you.

The minimum ROI setting will let your members punt again the next period if they meet it. You can set it to a percent (%) or a dollar ($) amount. This is calculated for individual members at the end of the period 100% is equal wagered amount and return amount, 200% is return of double the wagered amount If a member bets again, they bump the next punter

The Captain has access to change a member’s status on the Manage Members page. Only members with an Active status are included in the betting so you can set them to Suspended to stop the system giving them the betting seat. *Members can reactivate their status by making a payment into the club.

Only members with an Active status will be included in the betting lineup. Check that they aren’t in Suspended or Pending status. You can see and change their status on the Manage Members page 

The Club Statement page (found on the Main Menu) will have those details. You can see the total contributions for each member as well as all the account transactions. 

Yes. The contribution is set at the club level via the Manage Club page.  If you INCREASE the contribution, your members will need to approve the change before we change their subscription. Your subscription will change immediately. If you DECREASE the contribution, all active member subscriptions will change immediately. Members can approve this from the email notification or the Unread Notices list (as below).

The club Captain can place bets on behalf of other members as long as that member is active in the club. Hit the Bet Now button and there will be an option to choose the member you want to bet as. Choose the member and hit the CLUB button.

The Bet Amount is the total amount that the system makes available for betting for the period. For example, if you have 2 punters betting $50 each, set the Bet Amount to $100.

The order the system will use is the order that the members joined - you can see it on the Manage Members page (Captains have access).  That order can’t be permanently changed. However, the Captain can use Manage Members to set who is betting in the moment and can manage punting order that way. The ability to change the order is on our to-do list though! Set those you want betting to Betting Now and those you don't to Not Betting.

There are two reasons that a member may be suspended by the system; They haven't yet linked a Ladbrokes account - the member will need to link their Ladbrokes account to continue.  Their subscription has failed for 3 payments in a row & has been cancelled - the Captain can reactivate the member on the Manage Members page and the member can reactivate their subscription via the Manage Subscriptions page.

Usually members would remove themselves using the Leave Club option on the Main Menu. If they can’t, the Captain can email Punt Club Support and ask us to do it for them. Keep in mind that this *may* result in a payout for that member.

No, but you can just set it to an amount so incredibly large it will never be met!
