If your club has processed a withdrawal and your payout is showing as 'failed' in the club transactions (you can see them on the Club Statement page, under Kitty Transactions) then please check that the following have been completed for your personal Ladbrokes account:
- Your account is ID verified
- Your payment methods are verified
- You have saved bank account details under the 'Withdraw' section
Once these three things are done, please let Punt Club Support know and we will reprocess the payout transaction.
